Every LUMINA™ order ships in our signature forest-green carton with a linen ribbon. For a personalised gift note, mention it at checkout and we'll include a hand-written card.

Metro cities in Pakistan receive orders in 2 – 3 business days; other regions take 3 – 5 business days. International orders arrive in 4 – 14 business days depending on destination.

Yes — LUMINA™ ships worldwide via tracked express courier. Duties and taxes are calculated at destination.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Our formulations are dermatologist-tested and designed with clinical restraint — no synthetic fragrance, no essential oils, no unnecessary fillers. That said, we recommend a 48-hour patch test with any new active.

Yes. Every LUMINA™ formulation is certified cruelty-free, and all serums in our current range are vegan.

All formulations are produced in our GMP-certified partner lab and finished at our Karachi formulation studio.

Keep bottles upright, away from direct sunlight, and below 25°C. Once opened, use within 6 months for peak potency.

Apply from thinnest to thickest texture, always onto clean skin. Water-based serums first, followed by oil-based, and finish with moisturiser and SPF in the morning.

Most LUMINA™ formulations are designed to layer safely. For strong actives like retinoids and acids, alternate mornings and evenings rather than combining. See our Routine page for guided combinations.

Skin regenerates in cycles of roughly 28 days. Expect visible improvements in tone and clarity between 4 – 8 weeks with consistent use.

We offer a 14-day return window from delivery. Unopened items qualify for a full refund or exchange; opened items are reviewed case-by-case. Full details on our Returns page.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
